At Odette, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
